You’ll own and shape a cohesive design language for OpenLayer that enables the rest of the team to ship quickly. This spans from our website, end-user facing extension all the way to brand assets on social media and decks.

Beyond that you’ll work with the co-founders to define the longer term product and strategy by researching and analyzing customer/community needs and iterating on product features.

Must Haves:

• Strong sense of visual design complimented with functional design
• Excellent design and organizational skills with Figma
• Ability to balance investing in a long term design system with short term ship velocity
• Strong communication and organization skills to own the design process
• 3+ years of experience working with a dev team

Nice to haves

• Experience designing for crypto projects.
