Upgrade Rollout Stage

Upgrade Contents

• Mainnet support on Base. Till today we have added support for Ethereum Mainnet and Base Mainnet for mainnet operators, and Plume, Camp, Base testnets for Holesky operators.
• Support for smart contract operators. We have added support for smart contract operators to register their signing keys. Check out the /register folder for instructions.
• Image reconstruction and websocket optimization. Now it should less frequently run into issues related to websocket subscription failures.
• Support for querying historical data. The OpenOracle contracts are not upgraded to support queries for historical data using round ids.
